Our journey through the “12 Nights of Transformation”

This course unfolds in two phases: the Sperrnächte (12 Nights of Reflection) and the Rauhnächte (12 Nights of Transformation). If you are joining the course after the beginning of the 12 Nights of Reflection, don’t worry! You can simply add the Self-Reflection to the 12 Nights of Transformation.

In this section, you will find a brief overview of the topics & dates relevant for this journey, along with a downloadable checklist of all the things you may need.

 

The 12 Nights of Reflection | Sperrnächte (December 8–20):

Reflecting on the Past Year

The Sperrnächte are about introspection and self-reflection. These 12 nights correspond to the months of the year that has passed. The night between the 8th and 9th of December therefore stand for January, the night between the 9th and 10th for February and so on until the 20th. You can choose to either:

  1. Reflect on the corresponding month of the past year during each of the 12 Nights of Reflection
  2. Or if you are someone who prefers concrete questions, we have also provided prompts to help you reflect on specific themes in your life, uncover patterns, and identify energy drains.

As a small tip to ignite your memory, if you choose the first option: check the photo’s you have taken throughout the year along with your calendar, to get an idea of what occurred within each month.

The purpose of the Sperrnächte is to gain clarity on what has shaped your energy throughout the past year—both positively and negatively. This phase lays the foundation for the Rauhnächte, and will provide you with a clear understanding of where you’ve been before stepping into where you want to go.

Dont worry! If you join this course during or after the “Sperrnächte”, you can use the prompts provided for these nights, during the 12 nights of Transformation.

 

The 12 Nights of Transformation aka Rauhnächte (December 25–January 7):

Stepping Into Action

The Rauhnächte are the heart of this journey. Each night corresponds to a month in the year ahead and is aligned with an astrological archetype. During these nights, we will move beyond reflection and into action by exploring the 10 Life Aspects of Opportyounity and balancing the 4 Elements of You.

Through daily practices, journaling prompts, and rituals, you will:

  • Focus on key aspects of your life such as relationships, health, creativity, and purpose.
  • Integrate Human Design insights to align with your unique energy blueprint.
  • Take tangible steps to let go of what no longer serves you and align with your highest potential.
  • Build momentum toward your goals with a combination of logical tools and spiritual techniques.

The Rauhnächte are about gaining clarity and stepping into your vision for the future, with practical strategies to sustain your transformation long after the 12 nights are over.

What I would also like to point out: Even if you joined this course later than the 20th of December, you will still gain the same benefits as everyone else. I have simply chosen to structured this course around this ancient tradition because I personally love nature, the mystery & rituals revolving this time period. The other reason is that many of us do have the luxury to take the time and space to step out of the normal daily hustle, giving us a chance to set aside a little more time for our families, friends but also for ourselves, if we choose to.

For all the early birds: This marks the start of the “12 Nights of Reflection” aka the Sperrnächte, which will span from the 8th until the 20th of December. In today’s live session we will discuss the tools & techniques that will help you dive deeper into your Self throughout the next 12 days/nights. The next live session we will have, will be on the 20th of December, so that you can fully immerse into YOU.

The end of the 12 Nights of Reflection and the preparation phase for the 12 Nights of Transformation begins! Today we will be talking about what the “Rauhnächte” are and all the things you might want to organise before getting started with the “12 Nights of Transformation”.


21st till 24th of December

 

1st Night: Roots & Ancestors (Capricorn / House 10: Legacy)

Life Aspect: Nature & Footprint

Theme: Honor your roots, ancestors, and the impact you leave on the environment.

4 Elements of You:

  • Physical: Grounding exercises (e.g., walking barefoot or connecting to nature).
  • Psychological: Reflect on family traditions and generational lessons.
  • Energetic: Use smudging or clearing techniques to release ancestral burdens.
  • Spiritual: Create a gratitude ritual & nature altar for your ancestors and Mother Earth.

 

2nd Night: Intuition (Aquarius / House 11: Vision)

Theme: Strengthen your inner knowing and connection to subtle energies.

  • Physical: Perform intuitive movement or body scanning meditation.
  • Psychological: Journal about decisions guided by intuition.

  • Spiritual: Practice a divination technique like tarot or pendulum work.

 

3rd Night: Mindset & Mindfulness (Pisces / House 12: Inner World)
