Our journey through the “12 Nights of Transformation”

Here you will find an overview of all the relevant dates & links. I have also mentioned the things you need for each day but you will also find these items listed in the “Rauhnacht Checklist” Chapter.

December 2023:

Introduction & Preparation: Sharing what the “Rauhnächte” are and all the things you might want to organise before getting started with the “12 Nights of Transformation”.

Writing your 13 wishes: A guidance for how to define your wishes for this year

You will need:

– A few loose paper pages

– Your favourite pen

– A mason jar/box to store your 13 wishes

– A fireproof container

– Lights/matches

The sections will unlock one day/night prior to the the actual Night, for you to have enough time to prepare.

21st till 25th of December 2023

Topic: Environment -> Organising, decluttering & cleaning your Space

This is the time to start taking action – Starting the decluttering, cleaning and cleansing process of your space. You will also explore your ideal Environment according to Human Design.

What you will need:

– Packing Boxes and/or bin bags for the decluttering

– A permanent marker to write onto the boxes

– Cleaning utensils (i.e. a sponge, a cloth, a hoover, cleaning sprays etc.)

– Smudging utensils (see “Rauhnacht” Checklist -> Smudging Utensils)

– Your human design chart

From here onwards, we will be having a list of things that we will be practicing on a daily basis and another few exercises & rituals that are unique to the individual days. The daily routine will be:

– Reflecting on your dreams and writing them down as detailed as you can

– Burning one of your 13 wishes

– Reflecting on your day and writing down a summary of what stood out to you

– Pulling an oracle/tarot card

Everything else will vary from day to day:

 

25th|26th of December 2023

Roots & Ancestors. Today’s topic is about (re-)connecting with your root & your ancestors. You will also uncover where your ancestors have influenced you according to your human design.

 

26th|27th of December 2023

Exercise & Nutrition. Today is all about physical health, reflect on the habits of the past year and adjust them by implementing them into the normal day to day life. Another important part that you can uncover in your human design is your “Physical Health System” aka your digestion.

What you will need:

– Your journal

– A pen

– Your human design chart

 

27th|28th of December 2023

Letting Go: Today we will be using oracle/tarot cards to find out what you need to let go of and how to do that. We will also be packing a “suitcase” -> A suitcase for your physical passing and your souls departure to the next part of its journey (if you haven’t already done this last year). This is a suitcase you will not be taking with you, but one that you will leave behind for your loved ones.

What you will need:

– High quality, raw cacao

– (Plant based) milk

– A pot to heat up the milk & Cacao

– Headphones/sound system (for the meditation)

– Sticky notes

– A pen.

 

28th|29th of December 2023

Heart Opening Breath: We will be focusing on opening the heart chakra by using a guided meditation, raw cacao, movement and (a) breathing technique(s).

 

29th|30th of December 2023

Intuition: Today we will look at your inner authority (human design) and uncover what to look out for when it comes to your intuition. You will also receive additional insights into how to fine tune your intuition

What you will need: An intuitive tool like:

– A pendulum or playing/oracle/tarot cards

– Headphones/sound system (optional)

– Your human design chart

 

30th|31st of December 2023

Relationships: On this night we will be looking at the open spaces in your human design and understand how other individuals are impacting you. We will also be doing a technique called “stick figure technique” by Jacques Martel, which will help move into the upcoming year with more peace and harmony in your relationships.

 

31st|1st of December|January 2023

Pride & Preparation: Going though this last day of the year, by reflecting on your achievements and being proud of yourself for how much you have grown, is a beautiful way to thank 2023 and welcome 2024. To welcome the new year, I personally also like to clean my home, bedsheets, clothes etc. to start fresh into the new year. A new years ritual will also be available for you.

 

January 2024:

 

1st|2nd of January 2024

New Beginnings & Transition: You will have several things you can do today, which revolve around the topics of “releasing”, “manifesting”, “observing” and “transformation”. We are also going look into the topic of “values” which you will be familiar with if you own the Opportyounity journal or did the “12+1 weeks to self-love” journey with me. Spending time in nature will also be a part of this day.

What you will need:

– Your journal

– A pen – everything else you will find on that day 😉

 

2nd|3rd of January 2024

Vision & Future: This is the time we start visualising and manifesting our future! I will be showing you which method is best for your personal manifestation & we will be using this to create a vision board and/or a mind-movie for your future. We also will be looking into your life path according to human design & what your “Self & not self themes” are according to your design.

What you will need:

– Your human design chart

– A large cardboard/sheet of paper for your vision board

– Scissors

– Magazines that you can cut out from and/or a printer to print out images from the web

– Glue

– Paint & paintbrushes (optional)

 

3rd|4th of January 2024

Growth & Action: When it comes to growth & taking action you will need to create a bit of a plan & structure to get things moving along. We will be taking a look at what that “structure” looks like for you and how you best develop your habits. A free flow yoga/QiGong session will also be available for you to get you energy moving.

What you will need:

– A yoga mat

– Comfy clothes

– A blanket (optional)

– A printout of the document attached to this session

– A pen

– Your human design chart

 

4th|5th of January 2024

Connectedness: Connectedness is such an important topic and often neglected in our day to day life. We will be focusing on nature, sounds and vibrations today. This session will include a meditation and understanding how to make “sigils” for yourself.

What you will need:

– A loose piece of paper

– A pen

– Headphones/soundsystem (optional but highly recommended for today)

 

5th|6th of January 2024

Gratitude & Abundance: The topics of Gratitude & Abundance are flooding the world at the moment – why? because understanding all that you have and being grateful for it is one of the highest vibrations you can attain. Gratitude is so powerful that it can even be healing. So today, we will be creating a jar of blessings which you can fill day by day, week by week or whenever inspiration strikes – with things that you are grateful for. Every time you feel low, you will then be able to grab hold of one of those pieces of paper. We will also be taking a last look at your chart to identify what feeling you should look out for to know whether you are on the right path.

What you will need:

– Non-sticky notes

– A pen

– A jar/box to collect your blessings

– Your human design chart

 

6th|7th of January 2024

Last Wish & Reflection. This is the last day of the “Rauhnächte” and we will be taking a look at the last wish that you have not yet burnt. This is the wish that you will be fulfilling on your own terms. Today, we will make an action plan of how you will achieve it!

What you will need:

– A printout of the attached document

– A pen

– Your wish
